Job Description
Desenvolvedor fullstack sênior criando soluções escaláveis com Java e React/Vue para o Grupo Youx. Liderança técnica em arquitetura, qualidade, segurança e desempenho.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full-stack development of highly complex solutions, with a Java (Spring) backend and React or Vue frontend
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
- Design solution architectures, including modeling, components, and integrations, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and interfaces
- Perform and lead quality and performance testing
- Investigate and resolve complex bugs and issues
- Review the team’s code during code reviews
- Mentor, train, and support the team’s technical development
- Propose continuous improvements to development processes and standards
- Lead development projects when assigned
- Document solutions and participate in the team’s Agile ceremonies
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
- Strong experience in backend development with Java using Spring / Spring Boot
- Strong experience in frontend development with React or Vue
- Proven full-stack experience, from backend through frontend
- Experience designing software architecture and integrating systems
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Proficiency in Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with automated testing and application debugging
- Proficiency with Git for version control
- Experience using coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, or similar), with critical review of generated code
- Ability to define and promote best practices for AI use within the team
- Experience using AI to analyze legacy code, design solutions, and plan features
- Strong attention to security and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including identifying risks in generated code
- Ability to mentor less-experienced developers in the use of AI
- Autonomous, accountable, and capable of effectively managing deliverables
- Strong ability to read, understand, and enhance legacy code
- Clear and collaborative communication with backend and frontend teams
- Active participation in code reviews
- Knowledge of Scrum and/or Kanban
- Ability to translate business rules into technical solutions
- Ability to estimate medium-complexity tasks
