Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Engineer developing AI for public safety at Motorola. Building user experiences and robust APIs for first responders' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain core features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems.
- Design APIs and services that support real-time, AI-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences with speed and quality.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and code reviews that raise the bar.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code—and help others do the same.
- Own what you build—from dev to prod and it’s feedback loop.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong experience with LLMs, chat interfaces, NLP, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to design and implement systems that are scalable, secure, and performant.
- A product mindset—able to think beyond tickets and code.
- Clear communication and a collaborative spirit.
- Bonus: experience with MCP, Agentic AI, or real-time systems.
