Job Description
Senior Manager of Graphic Design overseeing high-impact presentations and visual communications at Regeneron. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring a cohesive design strategy throughout the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the creation of high-impact PowerPoint presentations and visual communications
- Oversee the design process from concept to execution
- Drive and influence the look, accessibility, tone, and feel of the brand
- Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure global consistency and compliance with corporate policy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive design strategy
- Balance hands-on design with leadership of creative resources
- Ensure seamless transition of projects from design through production
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Power Point
- Demonstrated experience designing executive-level presentations
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software/tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools
- Demonstrated ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools to support image creation and design efficiency
- Strong understanding of the design process from concept to execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to inspire and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment
