Job Description
Visual Designer creating mobile advertising experiences for Big Happy, an omnichannel advertising technology company. Developing animated pre-sale and post-sale campaign creatives for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create mobile advertising experiences and client campaigns
- Collaborate with teams across the organization on client materials
- Participate in internal brainstorms and creative meetings
- Develop design concepts for pre-sale mockups
- Execute designs for post-sale advertising campaigns
- Bring ad designs to life through animation techniques
- Work cross-functionally to deliver pre- and post-sale creative that meets or exceeds client expectations
Requirements:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strategic, creative, and out-of-the-box thinker
- Desire to work with clients to make campaigns successful
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multitask
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or a comparable mix of education, experience, and skills within Graphic Design
- 2–4 years of relevant full-time or freelance work experience
- Proficiency with Figma
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Docs
- Strong visual design skills
- Ability to present and explain design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating basic understanding of user-centered design solutions
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics for animation preferred
- Basic knowledge of ad formats preferred
