Job Description
Developer creating software for IT applications at Le’fant LLC. Must analyze customer needs and ensure functional solutions within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- A Developer must have experience in analyzing customer needs and developing overall concept and design objectives.
- The developer must be able to create software in a variety of programming and for a variety of IT software applications.
- You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
- You’ll need to be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- The Charleston Digital Hub is a software development hub that operates and executes much like a fast-paced startup within the larger organization.

Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must Live in the US and have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years (36 months)
- Ability to obtain VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance
- Bachelor of Science in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline
- 8 years of additional experience may be substituted for education.
- 8 years of relevant experience (defined below).
- Experience with service orientation concepts and enabling technologies
- Experience with Software Development and Implementation
- Software development skills, including design, development, testing, deployment and support
- Experience in debugging and correcting errors in computer programs
- Experience using Agile methodologies, system architecture and object-oriented software design, REST, SOAP Web Services, and SOA architecture, Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, Spring, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL), JPA/Hibernate and Java EE
