Job Description
Desenvolvedor .NET sênior construindo soluções Backend e APIs para a Monte Bravo. Evolução de plataforma financeira full, sem legado técnico, com protagonismo em arquitetura.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance backend solutions using C#/.NET
- Participate in the initial structuring, development, and ongoing evolution of products
- Understand business rules and contribute to functional and technical refinement
- Propose technical solutions and support the definition and evolution of application architecture
- Break down user stories into technical tasks and support development estimates
- Develop APIs, services, and integrations with different systems and products
- Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from solution definition through production deployment
- Apply software development best practices, quality standards, and code organization principles
- Serve as a technical reference, supporting Junior and Mid-Level professionals
- Proactively identify and resolve problems and impediments
Requirements:
- Solid experience with C# and .NET, focused on backend development
- Experience developing APIs, services, and integrations
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS, especially EC2, ECS/EKS, ECR, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SQS, and SNS
- Knowledge of CI/CD and development and deployment pipelines on AWS
- Knowledge of software architecture and the ability to propose technical solutions
- Experience applying development best practices and ensuring code quality
- Experience with technical refinement and the ability to translate business requirements into solutions
- Experience integrating different systems and products
- End-to-end understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Autonomy and seniority to work in scenarios without pre-defined technical specifications
- Preferred: experience in the financial services sector; building products or projects from scratch; observability, metrics, and logging; artificial intelligence applied to software development; serving as a technical reference or supporting less experienced professionals
