Job Description
Node.js Backend Developer Sênior for a digital solutions accelerator developing APIs and microsservices. Collaborating in a cross-functional environment to enhance clinical data processing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve microservices responsible for processing and distributing clinical and laboratory data.
- Build integrations between internal systems and external partners.
- Develop REST APIs for querying and managing patient information and consents.
- Implement asynchronous processing flows using AWS SQS and SNS.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform's event-driven architecture.
- Work with data transformation and processing using the FHIR standard.
- Ensure quality through automated tests and code reviews.
- Perform troubleshooting of distributed flows and analyze production incidents.
- Participate in technical definitions and architectural decisions for platform services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous product and integration improvements.
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, and performance optimization of services.
