Job Description
Senior UK Payroll Specialist processing UK client payrolls for CloudPay’s global payroll and payment solutions. Managing statutory calculations, compliance filings, client support, and payroll records.
Responsibilities:
- Process multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
- Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters, including back-up holiday or emergency coverage
- Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay payroll application
- Research payroll information and documentation discrepancies
- Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence and other written materials for UK statutory authorities
- Work with UK payroll team members to configure the system for annual updates
- Assist associate team members with payroll queries and training
- Suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience processing UK Payroll
- Experienced in calculations with NI, Tax and Statutory payments (SMP, SSP etc)
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
- Responsible for prioritising client’s payroll and delivering payrolls as required
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
