Job Description

Senior Engineer leading technical delivery of healthcare staffing solutions. Designing and implementing high-impact features and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement complex, high-impact features and system improvements
  • Own end-to-end delivery of significant features and projects from design through production
  • Write production-quality code for business-critical systems that serve as a standard for the team
  • Debug complex issues spanning multiple systems, services, and integrations
  • Lead technical design and code reviews for the team, establishing and maintaining technical standards
  • Drive improvements to code quality, test coverage, reliability, and observability across the team
  • Contribute to incident response for production issues
  • Mentor Engineer I, II, and III teammates through pairing, code review, and direct coaching

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, required
  • 6-8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of independent delivery
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems, data solutions, or cloud infrastructure at production scale
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and raising team technical standards
  • Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries (HIPAA, SOC2) preferred
