Job Description
Senior Producer leading development schedules and strategies for live-service multiplayer gaming studio. Collaborating with design and engineering teams to support ongoing feature releases.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive development schedules across multiple teams
- Translate high-level product strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones
- Partner with Design and Engineering leads to define scope and delivery timelines
- Proactively identify production risks and resolve blockers
- Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs
- Improve production workflows to increase clarity and velocity
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations
- Support live ops initiatives, seasonal content, and ongoing feature releases
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in game production or technical production
- Experience shipping and operating a live-service game
- Strong understanding of agile development and production frameworks
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
- High ownership mentality and bias toward action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for poker, strategy games, or competitive ecosystems (Nice to Have)
- Mandarin proficiency (preferred but not required)
