Job Description
Senior Product Designer at Subquadratic leading design for Voice AI and API products. Responsible for developing intuitive experiences for developers and enterprise clients in an innovative AI environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Voice AI and API platform product experiences for developers and B2B customers, bringing clarity through flows, prototypes, narrative framing, and production-ready UI.
- Conduct lightweight user research (discovery, interviews, usability testing, concept validation) to inform direction.
- Move quickly: sketch → prototype → validate → iterate → ship.
- Partner with users, Product, and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and support successful implementation.
- Establish early design systems and reusable patterns to drive consistency and velocity.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, directly, and with respect for technical constraints.
Requirements:
- Highly creative design skills with 5+ years of experience in product/UX design for software, preferably in developer tools.
- Comfort designing in ambiguity; able to self-direct and make progress with imperfect information.
- Proficiency with Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
- Strong communication skills — clear, direct, warm, and able to advocate without ego.
- Early-stage startup experience preferred.
