Job Description
Senior Product Manager overseeing the end-to-end experience of NetBox Enterprise, ensuring enterprise customers can deploy and scale effectively. Collaborating with teams to enhance product strategies in regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the NetBox Enterprise product experience end-to-end, including deployment, upgrades, air-gapped support, multi-node architectures, reliability, and enterprise integrations such as SSO and LDAP
- Serve as the voice of enterprise customers—many in regulated industries—by deeply understanding their operational realities, compliance requirements, and deployment constraints
- Engage directly with existing and prospective enterprise customers to validate use cases, gather requirements, and identify opportunities to improve adoption and value
- Partner closely with the Enterprise Engineering team to define strategy and direction for on-prem and self-hosted delivery technologies
- Collaborate with Cloud and Core Product Managers to align priorities and roadmaps across deployment models and ensure enterprise needs are reflected in platform investments
- Contribute to Enterprise packaging and pricing strategy by identifying value drivers and partnering with Product, Finance, and Sales
- Get hands-on with NetBox products to refine features, validate releases, and directly engage with customer issues and feedback
- Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and revenue, applying an experimental and iterative approach to growing the Enterprise business
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B enterprise software, with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise or on-prem software, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, or telecom
- Strong track record of owning products across the full lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration
- Deep understanding of the operational realities of self-hosted software, including deployment automation, upgrades, backup and restore, and air-gapped environments
- Strong business instincts with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, adoption, and customer value
- Technical depth to engage credibly with engineering teams and enterprise customers, balancing technical constraints with go-to-market needs
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise relationships
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
