Job Description

Senior Product Manager at Ruby Labs, driving product initiatives within subscription-based products for consumer markets. Leading cross-functional collaboration to enhance engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value.
  • Proactively generate product ideas and hypotheses aimed at improving product value and reducing churn.
  • Own product initiatives from idea through to production release, ensuring high quality.
  • Design and improve product mechanics that drive user retention and engagement within subscription models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Heads of Product, Developers, and Analytics to ensure proper execution of product hypotheses.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions).
  • Ability to drive growth and innovation with a focus on consumer experience.
  • Deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
  • Ability to deeply engage in the technical and operational aspects of the business.
