Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading product strategy and development for a global enterprise software company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, balancing short-term impact with long-term strategy
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Define and prioritize features based on data, user insights, and business impact
- Write and maintain high-quality product documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Drive execution from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback
- Communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor junior product managers and promote strong product management best practices
Requirements:
- End-to-end product ownership experience
- Client-facing experience
- Experience working with analytics in digital marketing or data-driven environments
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning complex products
- Proven ability to define product strategy and execute in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or platform products.
