Job Description
Python developer managing Azure Data Factory and Databricks scripts for performance improvement and monitoring. Engaging in data processing and pipeline optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and maintenance
- Implement monitoring
- Improve performance of pipelines (orchestrator)
- Identify improvements in existing scripts
- Develop scripts in Databricks and dbt
Requirements:
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Storage
- Handling Parquet/Delta files (Data Lake)
- Spark
- Programming in Python and SQL
- SQL and Oracle databases
- Familiarity with DevOps/Git (pipelines, branch creation, releases, etc.)
- dbt (data build tool) — desirable
- Good written English and strong communication skills
