Job Description
Senior React Native Developer leading mobile UI development for an EdTech startup. Creating responsive interfaces and optimizing app performance for users learning English through music.
Responsibilities:
- Build high-quality, responsive mobile UI components in React Native
- Lead technical architecture: state management, navigation, and app structure
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver smooth UX
- Optimize performance across devices: animations, memory, and load times
- Mentor junior developers and help define engineering best practices
- Implement end-to-end features, including backend API and third-party integrations
Requirements:
- 7+ years in frontend development, strong React and React Native skills
- Solid mobile-first UX understanding and cross-platform experience (iOS & Android)
- Experience with state management (Zustand or similar) and performance optimization
- Knowledge of TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Bonus: Experience with media-rich apps, AI/ML integration, or real-time features
