Job Description

Senior RevOps Analyst for RD Station managing Gainsight and Salesforce in GTM Solutions. Evolving Customer Success operations and implementing data-driven solutions in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and manage the Gainsight CS environment, including C360, Scorecards, Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, CTAs, and Playbooks;
  • Design and implement solutions for Customer Success, from requirements gathering to production delivery;
  • Build and maintain integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, BigQuery, Segment, and other GTM ecosystem systems;
  • Develop automations using native platform capabilities and external integrators such as Zapier, as well as APIs and Webhooks;
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of data used in retention and expansion processes;
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, BI, Information Systems, Enablement teams and vendors to continuously evolve the solution;
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI in operational workflows to increase productivity while maintaining governance and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience administering Gainsight;
  • Hands-on experience with Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, C360, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks and Data Designer;
  • Experience building integrations between Gainsight and platforms such as Salesforce, BigQuery, Segment, etc.;
  • Experience working with APIs, Webhooks, automations and integration platforms;
  • English for interacting with technical documentation and vendor support.
