Job Description
SAP FI Senior Consultant leading a functional team and supporting SAP users. Collaborating on financial processes and ensuring module integration at a top technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional team for the SAP FI module
- Provide support to SAP users in an AMS support environment
- Serve as the technical and functional reference for topics related to financial processes
- Lead the team of consultants, performing planning and monitoring of activities
- Manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables
- Define the solution strategy together with architects and managers
- Act as the client focal point
- Ensure integration between modules and processes
- Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts
- Monitor project indicators and status
- Support business and technical decisions
- Conduct accounting closing processes (closing)
- Ensure the integration of SAP FI with the CO, MM, SD and HCM modules
- Conduct integrated tests, validations and UATs
- Other routine activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Solid experience working with SAP FI
- Experience in AMS support
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
- Knowledge of ABAP for reading and creating functional specifications
- Ability to be flexible and lead a team in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong autonomy in decision-making
- SAP certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) required
