Job Description
Consultant SAP PP/QM for strategic SAP S/4HANA project at Mollica IT. Collaborating on production planning and quality management solutions with dynamic teams.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, support, and implementation of solutions using the SAP PP and SAP QM modules;
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and migration projects for production planning solutions, including SAP APO PP/DS and/or SAP S/4HANA ePPDS environments;
- Support production planning and quality management processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements;
- Analyze and resolve incidents, performing ABAP debugging when necessary to identify root causes and support issue resolution;
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement improvements;
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation related to implemented solutions;
- Contribute to environment transformation initiatives, including cloud migration projects and carve-out processes;
- Ensure delivery quality by following best practices and supporting continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality management processes;
- Proactively collaborate in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to learn and adapt to new challenges;
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management) modules;
- Experience with SAP APO PP/DS or SAP S/4HANA ePPDS;
- Good understanding of chemical industry manufacturing processes, including batch management, process orders, production scheduling, and quality inspection;
- Ability to perform ABAP debugging to support problem analysis and the resolution of technical issues;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams;
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment undergoing cloud transformation and organizational carve-outs;
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Preferred: Previous experience in migration or transition projects from APO PP/DS to ePPDS.
