Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective
Support backlog management, organization, and prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders
Track the execution of SAP ECC support and enhancement requests
Ensure delivery tracking and identify potential risks and impediments
Remove impediments by facilitating the resolution of issues affecting the team
Promote continuous improvement of the team’s processes and ways of working
Coordinate alignment meetings and track activities with global teams in Norway and India
Support the organization of requests related to SAP Basis, integrations, transports, and Change Requests
Track the workflow of requests from intake through completion
Monitor Agile metrics and KPIs, supporting the analysis of team productivity, capacity, and progress
Promote best practices in collaboration, communication, and teamwork
Support communication among technical teams, functional teams, and business areas

Experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile team leadership or facilitation roles
Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Experience managing and tracking backlogs and deliveries
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
Ability to coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders
Organized, proactive, communicative, and results-oriented profile
Strong negotiation, organizational, and impediment-resolution skills
Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with international teams
Experience with SAP ECC
Experience in SAP support, maintenance, and enhancement environments
Experience working with SAP teams
Knowledge of SAP Basis, integrations, transports, and Change Requests
Preferred: Experience in multinational environments and with distributed teams
Preferred: Knowledge of Agile management and backlog-tracking tools
Preferred: Experience with Agile team KPIs and metrics
