Job Description
Senior Scrum Master overseeing agile delivery for Ontada's technology solutions. Ensuring high-quality outcomes while providing coaching to scrum teams and managing stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end delivery leadership for up to two scrum teams
- Own delivery outcomes and influence senior stakeholders
- Drive cross-team alignment in a regulated environment
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams
- Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading complex agile delivery initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills
- Expert level experience managing scope and timelines
- Solid understanding of technical architecture and product roadmaps
- Experience enabling engineering best practices
- Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools
- Deep knowledge of Scrum framework
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
