Job Description
Scrum Master Sênior gerindo projetos de TI da EVT remotamente em São Paulo. Organizando entregas, riscos e transições durante Go-live, Hypercare e On-Going.
Responsibilities:
- Organize project activities and deliverables
- Plan and monitor tasks
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Track projects and align the stakeholders involved
- Support teams during Go-live and Hypercare phases
- Ensure alignment among parties and a proper transition to the On-Going team
- Perform handovers and knowledge transfer to support/On-Going teams
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Senior Scrum Master on medium to large projects
- Experience in project management and tracking, including planning and monitoring activities and deliverables
- Knowledge of risk, issue, dependency and stakeholder management
- Experience with Go-live and Hypercare phases, including handovers and knowledge transfer to support/On-Going teams
- Collaborative team-player mindset
- Good communication skills and proactivity
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
