Job Description
Senior Security Administrator supporting SaaS/cloud customers with security configurations and troubleshooting. Collaborating with an expert team to ensure system security.
Responsibilities:
- Manage security policies, configurations, and system health checks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support customer environments
- Monitor infrastructure and resolve service-related incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and stable systems
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
- Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or managed service environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and OSX
- Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Bash
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Virtualization experience (VMware/HyperV)
- Knowledge of MSSQL or database concepts
- Experience with security platforms or endpoint protection solutions
