Job Description

Senior security professional managing Honeywell Aerospace access control, CCTV, and cybersecurity systems. Implementing physical security infrastructure, incident response, cloud security controls, and Unified Access strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the implementation of access control systems, site coordination and commissioning
  • Manage incident response efforts to minimize downtime and mitigate security threats
  • Oversee the operational use of physical security systems including access control, surveillance, and ancillary systems
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards
  • Provide training for staff on systems operations
  • Manage relationships with security vendors and contractors
  • Manage IT partnerships and ensure solutions adhere to IT policies
  • Issue and manage user support, application onboarding and training
  • Support the program manager with implementation standards and system controls for Unified Access strategies
  • Support GSOC operations and integrations of Physical Security Information Management
  • Develop and implement HGS strategies, policies, and programs focused on infrastructure, travel security, business continuity, and cultural change
  • Collaborate with innovative and passionate colleagues to foster excellence and success

Requirements:

  • U.S. person status required: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee status
  • 6+ years of experience in Electronic Security focused on Enterprise Access Control and CCTV
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud architecture and related security controls
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing security teams
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and influence persuasively and politely
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT/MIS, or a related Engineering subject with an emphasis in Information Security is valued
