Job Description
Senior Software Developer focused on backend systems, modernizing components and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Must reside in Germany and have strong .NET or Java experience.
Responsibilities:
- You develop new software modules and modernize existing components in our backend landscape (primarily .NET 10 with C#, also Java)
- You contribute to the evolution of our service architecture and ensure our systems remain maintainable, stable, and future-proof
- You translate business requirements into viable technical solutions and independently oversee their implementation
- You actively participate in architecture decisions, technical discussions, and code reviews
- You use modern development tools and are open to the productive use of AI agents in software development
Requirements:
- You have German language skills at a minimum of B2 level and are a resident of Germany
- You have at least 3 years of experience in backend development, ideally within the .NET and/or Java ecosystems
- You are familiar with REST APIs and have a solid understanding of service-oriented architectures
- You have experience with relational databases, preferably MSSQL
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- You have initial experience with AI-assisted development tools or AI agents
