Job Description
Senior Software Engineer driving technical excellence in blood donation software development. Leading cross-functional technical initiatives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive technical excellence across our engineering team
- Design scalable, maintainable systems aligned with best practices
- Write, review, and maintain production-grade code
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers
Requirements:
- 3-6+ years building production web applications with experience in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL or similar modern stack
- Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team capabilities through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grasp of performance optimization and modern development practices
