Job Description

Especialista sênior projetando e sustentando ambientes Microsoft 365, Azure e identidade híbrida. Protegendo dados, resolvendo incidentes críticos e conduzindo projetos corporativos.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments
  • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other services within the M365 ecosystem
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview solutions, including classification, labeling, retention, auditing, and information protection
  • Create, review, and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for endpoints, email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, RBAC, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management
  • Design and maintain hybrid identity environments integrating AD DS and Entra ID
  • Administer Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, trusts, replication, sites, and services
  • Plan and execute identity, email, file, and workload migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Design, deploy, and maintain resources in Microsoft Azure, with a focus on security, availability, performance, and cost optimization
  • Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure, identity, security, and collaboration incidents
  • Assess risks, vulnerabilities, and configurations, proposing remediation plans and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Produce technical documentation, diagrams, operating procedures, and implementation plans
  • Provide technical support to less experienced professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Participate in technical meetings with clients, requirements gathering, solution design, and executive presentations
  • Support technical estimates and the development of scopes for projects and managed services

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Microsoft 365 administration and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and DLP policies
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity and access management
  • Advanced knowledge of AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Experience with hybrid identity environments and directory synchronization
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly identity, networking, virtual machines, storage, monitoring, and security
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Zero Trust principles
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and handle high-severity incidents
  • Knowledge of PowerShell for Microsoft ecosystem administration and automation
  • Experience preparing documentation and leading technical projects
  • Knowledge of or certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) are a plus
  • Experience with multicloud architectures and hybrid environments is a plus
  • Microsoft certifications in Azure, Security, Identity, Compliance, and Microsoft 365 are a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Intune, and endpoint management is a plus
  • Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Linux, and backup technologies is a plus
  • Experience with ITIL, service management, Tier 3 support, and mission-critical operations is a plus
  • Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, high availability, and disaster recovery is a plus
  • Technical English for reading documentation, participating in training, and interacting with vendors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Networking, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field
  • Relevant hands-on experience may substitute for the formal education requirement
