Job Description
Separation of Powers Attorney generating high-impact constitutional cases for PLF. Collaborate with top-notch attorneys advocating for individual liberty and separation of powers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and litigate high-impact cases
- Setting the Agenda by developing successful strategies
- Advocating for separation of powers
- Writing persuasively for all audiences
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- A knowledge of, and passion for, the ideas of freedom and individual liberty
- A strong work ethic
- A willingness to travel
- Litigation experience
- A clerkship or work with a state or federal agency
