Job Description
ServiceNow Consultant delivering ServiceNow business automation solutions for Sofigate customers. Supporting agile projects, platform innovation, and existing customer instances.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to deliver the best quality solutions
- Participate in agile ServiceNow projects, including stand-ups, sprints, and development
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new releases
- Introduce new features to customers’ ServiceNow modules
- Support customers’ existing ServiceNow instances
- Gather clear requirements involving process and technology aspects
- Advise and implement solutions based on proven best practices
- Act as trusted architects to secure platforms for the future
- Provide solutions supporting customers’ business demands
- Work with agile prototyping to demonstrate early effects and opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in ServiceNow Development Projects
- ServiceNow certifications
- Motivation to further develop ServiceNow skills
- Experience in ITSM, CSM, and HR modules
- Strong interest in AI
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Passion about Business Technology and innovative solutions
- Self-driven attitude and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English
