Job Description
Senior ServiceNow Developer designing, customizing, and integrating enterprise solutions for Cypher Consulting Europe. Delivering documented, scalable applications on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow applications and modules
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts
- Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals
- Investigate and resolve complex ServiceNow configuration, integration, and performance issues
- Stay informed about ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture
- Ability to deliver high-quality results within the specified contract period
