Job Description

Line Manager overseeing clinical site management contracting at Parexel; managing SCAs, ensuring compliance, and improving processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and support of clinical site management contracting activities performed by SCBAs
  • Recruit, manage and lead SCAs across their respective region
  • Ensure SCAs are adequately trained and support training needs
  • Ensure SCAs achieve expected quality compliance standards
  • Allocate study assignments and coordinate the activities of SCBAs
  • Ensure SCBAs meet expected study timelines and study objectives
  • Support SCBAs with resolution of significant legal, budget, or payment related issues
  • Perform periodic review of SCBA processes to ensure maximum efficiency without adversely affecting customer service
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness
  • Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience managing direct reports
  • Prior experience in Clinical Contracting and budgets
  • English proficiency and local language
  • 4+ years prior experience managing direct reports (preferred)
