Job Description
Social Media Manager building Melotech's social presence across entertainment brands. Launching channels, growing audiences, and cultivating global fan communities.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and grow Melotech's social media presence
- Develop brand strategy and compelling brand stories for products and brands
- Launch social media accounts from zero across all platforms
- Manage portfolios of channels and content pieces consistently and professionally
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver daily content with cohesive messaging
- Lead and mentor content creators
- Establish streamlined workflows and quality assurance processes
- Develop audience growth frameworks using engagement metrics and viral content analysis
- Cultivate fan communities through strategic engagement and proactive community management
- Work autonomously alongside the founder and team
- Shape company trajectory and directly influence business success
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field from a reputable university
- 3+ years of intensive social media management experience in entertainment, music, or other media sectors
- Advanced proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and platform-specific optimization techniques
- Exceptional analytical and creative capabilities
- Ability to preserve authentic brand voice while driving growth
- Experience managing multi-brand social presence across multiple established and emerging platforms
- Self-motivated approach with genuine passion for creator economy, entertainment industry, and social media innovation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment
- Hard-working, ambitious, and persistent
- Strong interest in music, video, and social media
- Bonus: posts or pages that have gone viral on social media
