Job Description
Software Architect designing and implementing SaaS solutions while collaborating with a talented remote IT team. Leadership role in setting architecture standards and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute technical strategies and programs.
- Work with engineering teams to improve code quality and product performance.
- Build effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to address evolving business needs.
- Mentor the engineering team to elevate their skills and increase output.
- Architect new features and manage existing codebases using best practices.
- Align with Scrum teams to ensure architectural decisions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate daily with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
- Over 7 years of experience in software development for large-scale, web-based products
- At least 2 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role, with experience leading offshore teams being a plus
- Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) and React
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for mentoring and guiding team members
- The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
