Job Description
Software Developer implementing backend solutions at Localiza&Co. Joining a team focused on sustainable mobility and agile software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Implement technical solutions that meet requirements, following design patterns and development best practices;
- Maintain and optimize existing systems, including refactoring legacy code and addressing critical bug fixes;
- Implement automated tests to ensure software quality;
- Actively participate in the agile software delivery cycle and rituals (daily meetings/dailies, refinement sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
Requirements:
- Solid experience in backend development using the .NET platform, with emphasis on C#;
- Strong knowledge of developing RESTful APIs and service integration practices;
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, and MongoDB;
- Query optimization and data modeling skills;
- Familiarity with ORMs and data access libraries such as Entity Framework and Dapper;
- Experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka;
- Experience working in agile frameworks such as SCRUM and/or Kanban;
- Experience with microservice-based architectures, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes);
- Knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization;
- Strong skills in writing unit, integration, and automated tests.
