Job Description
Software Developer enhancing PHP/Symfony applications focused on in-house product development for Clarius Group. Collaborating on projects with Sulu and modern web technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Independently further develop a PHP/Symfony-based application within the subsidiary's project
- Implement new features, bug fixes, and technical improvements
- Responsible for backend logic, APIs, and data models
- Contribute to frontend tasks, e.g., using Vue or React
- Coordinate with product owners and project stakeholders
- Gradually participate in the Clarius Group's main project: supporting features and further development
- Familiarize yourself with the tech stack and architecture there
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and clarity
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical discussions
Requirements:
- Several years of professional software development experience (mid-level)
- Strong knowledge of PHP and solid experience with Symfony
- Experience with Sulu or comparable CMS/platform solutions is a plus
- Solid understanding of web architectures, APIs, and relational databases
- Frontend experience with Vue.js or React
- Confident use of Git and common development workflows
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Interest in progressively taking on a larger role in a modern main project
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Good German and English skills.
