Job Description

SDET II developing and testing solutions for Salesforce applications across multiple platforms. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency in testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Design/Execution: Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce RCA (Quoting, Contracts), RCB (Billing, Invoicing), and Agentforce AI interactions.
  • Automation Assistance: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using the Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) platform.
  • Test Maintenance and Defect Management: Perform troubleshooting on failing CRT scripts and track defects using tools like ADO and Jira.
  • Data Validation and Agentforce Testing: Validate data integrity post-transaction and execute tests for Agentforce use cases.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field, preferably in a financial technology environment.
  • Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (Admin concepts, data model).
  • Optional Familiarity with test automation like Selenium concepts and a strong willingness to learn Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  • Programming Skills in Java and Python.
  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Bachelor's or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent is preferred.
