Job Description
Advisor Test Engineer leading and managing testing lifecycle for Medicaid projects at Gainwell. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality delivery and effective testing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the testing lifecycle for DDI and M&O projects
- Define testing strategy, scope, and schedules for large-scale projects
- Develop and implement standard Test CoE processes, templates, and guidelines
- Plan, track, and report testing metrics regularly
- Supervise and manage work allocation and resource capacity
- Monitor productivity and ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects
- Manage project scope, issues, and changes; conduct risk assessments
- Interface with functional, regression, performance, automation, TDM, environment support, and release management teams
- Drive root cause analysis for defects and implement prevention strategies.
- Ensure day-to-day client management, service delivery scope, schedule, and quality.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA
- At least 4 years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with healthcare
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM)
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and distributed teams
- Experience with SQL for test data and backend validation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
