Job Description
Software Engineer I providing engineering support for Salesforce integration to federal contact center program. Must have Tier 2 Security Clearance and up to 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design systems and programs to meet complex Salesforce integration business needs
- Code, test, debug, implement, and document moderately complex software programs supporting contact center integration requirements
- Prepare detailed specifications from which integration programs are developed and coded
- Ensure programs meet standards, technical specifications, and applicable IT governance requirements
- Perform technical analysis and component delivery across integration workstreams
- Analyze and gather information from existing Salesforce and contact center systems
- Support software development cost estimation and schedule planning
- Explore new technologies and design approaches to address integration requirements
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure problem resolution and client satisfaction
- Complete tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints
- Support UAT and go-live activities
- Attend scheduled and ad hoc meetings as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience; 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract required
- Familiarity with software engineering practices, design techniques, and tools
- Ability to review and work within legacy systems
- Current Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) required at time of engagement
