Job Description
Software Developer II at EverCommerce developing apps for Invoice Simple. Collaborating on projects with a focus on mobile and web technologies including React Native and Node.js.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to technical discussions, learning from senior developers to build your skills.
- Work with engineering and product stakeholders to understand the product roadmap and contribute to feature development.
- Participate in software development activities, including implementing, testing, and shipping code under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support product refinement sessions, aiming to deliver high-quality, scalable software that meets both customer and business needs.
- Contribute to creating maintainable solutions by following good design practices, adhering to engineering standards, and striving for quality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Familiarity with React and/or React Native frameworks and a basic understanding of the Node.js ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience building mobile applications, preferably for iOS or Android, using the Typescript/React Native stack.
- Basic knowledge of mobile app development from ideation to publishing.
- Exposure to tools like Firebase, push notifications, and familiarity with basic SQL queries.
- Comfortable using version control systems, such as Git and GitHub.
- Curious, data-driven, and willing to ask questions to grow and learn.
- Foundational knowledge of data structures and software design principles.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
