Job Description
Software Engineer II developing robust, scalable full-stack solutions for healthcare platform. Collaborating across engineering teams using Python and Go in a remote work setting.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of highly available and performant backend services and infrastructure, primarily utilizing Python and Go.
- Create intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
- Integrate AI models and algorithms into production-ready applications.
- Develop and maintain resilient, high-throughput backend services and APIs (e.g., RESTful, gRPC) that integrate various components of our core platform.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on system requirements, performance, and best practices.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews and upholding engineering excellence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, focusing on debugging and optimizing service performance.
- Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for service deployment and monitoring.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on building and operating backend systems.
- 3+ years of professional experience primarily with Python and/or Go in a production environment.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Experience with building and deploying services using microservices, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience driving features from conception through deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
