Job Description
Software Engineer building AI-powered risk intelligence software that helps enterprises detect online threats. Owning spec-driven, AI-assisted feature development from backend implementation through production.
Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into precise specs, technical plans, and task breakdowns for AI coding agents
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Kiro to implement, review, test, and refine features
- Own features end to end across backend services, APIs, and integrations from specification through production
- Define acceptance criteria and automated tests upfront
- Maintain project context files, coding standards, reusable prompts, and templates
- Review AI-generated and human-written code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
- Improve the team's spec-driven workflow, tooling, and CI/CD practices
- Participate in daily standups and technical discussions with the US-based client team
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications
- Hands-on experience using AI coding agents as a core part of your daily development workflow, not just autocomplete
- Practical experience with spec-driven development, including writing specs, plans, or structured requirements that guide AI-generated implementation
- Strong in backend development with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, plus REST APIs and SQL databases; or full-stack development including React or a similar modern frontend framework
- Strong testing discipline, including unit, integration, and test-first habits
- Experience with Git-based workflows, code review, and CI/CD
- Experience deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent written and spoken English, especially for specs and documentation
