Job Description
Software Engineer responsible for integration and migration of addresses and fiber design data for Metronet. Collaborating with teams to optimize network automation processes and enhance efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the integration and migration of addresses and fiber design data
- Create and maintain documentation for network automation processes and procedures
- Work closely with network engineers and operations teams to understand their needs and requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve network automation processes and drive efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or 2+ years working experience
- 2+ years of experience with SQL queries
- Exposure to PL/SQL development and support
- Linux experience
- Software Development Experience in a scripting language – preferably Python or Perl
- Familiarity with SSP’s 3-GIS application and its data schema
- Telecom industry experience.
