Job Description
Coordenador de Engenharia coordenando equipes de desenvolvimento na Agriness. Gerenciar práticas de desenvolvimento, métricas, e soluções tecnológicas na produção animal.
Responsibilities:
- Support teams (squads) in coordinating engineers
- Apply best practices in software development processes
- Manage the development pipeline by validating deliveries and generating delivery metrics (quantity and quality)
- Resolve engineering issues together with each team's focal points
- Support the Head and Product Owners in prioritizing engineering roadmap items
- Monitor engineers' personal development (PDPs, career paths, 1:1s)
Requirements:
- Experience as an Engineering Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of engineering team management methodologies, especially Agile
- Experience supporting the construction of service-based and platform-oriented solutions (REST APIs, shared data, microservices, etc.)
- Experience with Jira and development metrics
- Experience in people management within engineering teams
- Experience coordinating mobile solution development teams
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of software development using AI tools
