Job Description
Software QA Engineer testing OneStream's enterprise CPM software through manual, automated, and AI-assisted quality engineering. Building CI/CD test suites across Microsoft, web, SQL, API, and Azure technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and track software bugs, defects, and regressions through resolution
- Design, develop, execute, and debug automated and manual functional, regression, and integration tests
- Validate and document test coverage and completion criteria for product releases
- Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks within CI/CD pipelines
- Test and validate fixes, enhancements, and new features for product releases
- Partner with developers and product owners throughout the SDLC from design through release
- Set up complex test environments simulating production configurations
- Test API, web, and service-layer functionality, including REST/SOAP Web Services
- Leverage AI-powered testing and automation tools to increase coverage and efficiency
- Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging AI/ML-based QA tools and practices into testing workflows
- Adhere to corporate, departmental, and information security policies
Requirements:
- 5+ years quality assurance experience
- Experience testing enterprise, cloud/SaaS, or web applications
- Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Experience with C#, SQL Server, REST/SOAP Web Services, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tooling
- Experience using AI-assisted testing and automation tools, including AI-based test generation and self-healing automation platforms
- Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering for test case design, test data generation, and automation script development
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technology field is preferred, not required
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is a plus
- Experience with AI/ML-based quality engineering tools or strong interest in applying AI to software testing
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and OLAP/multidimensional consolidation software such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, or other EPM solutions
- Employee must be legally authorized to work in the country of the job position
- Ability to comply with OneStream's Corporate, Departmental, and Information Security policies and complete required annual training
