Job Description

Remote Speech-Language Pathologist evaluating and treating children and adolescents with autism. Developing individualized communication plans and collaborating with BCBAs, families, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop, and oversee individualized speech and language treatment plans
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals
  • Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals
  • Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development
  • Report directly to the Clinical Director
  • Provide high-quality, data-driven therapy supporting communication, social language, and functional skills

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Active state SLP licensure
  • ASHA CCC-SLP (or Clinical Fellowship eligibility)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with children with ASD (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments (preferred)
  • Experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education (preferred)
  • Full-time or part-time availability
  • Monday to Friday availability
