Job Description
Speech-language pathologist delivering virtual teletherapy to Minnesota K-12 students through Fullmind. Evaluating speech needs, managing IEP treatment plans, and tracking student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through teletherapy (telespeech)
- Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
- Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
- Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to align on student progress
Requirements:
- Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), and a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB), or be willing to pursue reciprocity
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
- Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
- Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, and private/distraction-free workspace
- Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
