Job Description
Ingénieur SRE chez Synapsys, spécialiste français de la transformation des infrastructures IT. Supervision, automatisation, incidents de production et observabilité des systèmes.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the operational maintenance, configuration, and monitoring of applications
- Participate in the automation and optimization of operations processes
- Analyze and resolve production incidents
- Provide Level 2 and/or Level 3 technical support
- Participate in defining, tracking, and analyzing performance indicators
- Optimize system reliability and operational performance
- Participate in implementing observability tools
- Monitor systems and analyze performance
- Maintain technological awareness of tools and evolving practices
- Contribute to Squad activities: internal projects, workshops, conferences, business development and recruitment, and the drafting of expert articles
Requirements:
- Expected experience: 3 to 5 years
- Strong command of Linux/Unix systems
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and GitHub
- Proficiency with containerization tools: Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python and Bash
- Proficiency with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace
