Job Description
Especialista SAP VIM Sênior (DevOps) remoto em São Paulo. Implementando, configurando e otimizando OpenText VIM para operações dos Estados Unidos.
Responsibilities:
- Support U.S. operations
- Work from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM India Standard Time (IST), equivalent to 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Brasília Time
- Participate in end-to-end SAP OpenText VIM implementation projects in ECC and S/4HANA
- Configure and manage approval workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and expense types
- Perform automatic derivation of invoice attributes, including G/L accounts and cost centers, particularly for Non-PO invoices
- Process invoices end to end across PO, Non-PO, and down payment scenarios
- Contribute to solution design, enhancements, and continuous improvement
- Resolve issues independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end SAP OpenText VIM implementation projects, working with ECC and S/4HANA
- Hands-on experience with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES)
- Experience with multiple invoice intake channels, including OCR, email, manual upload, and IDocs
- Strong experience configuring and managing approval workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and expense types
- Expertise in the automatic derivation of invoice attributes, such as G/L accounts and cost centers, particularly for Non-PO invoices
- Comprehensive experience with end-to-end invoice processing for PO, Non-PO, and down payment scenarios
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of SAP VIM end-to-end processes
- Ability to contribute to solution design, enhancements, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently to resolve issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams when necessary
- Experience with DRC integration and e-Invoicing is a plus
- Fluent English
