Job Description
Software Engineer developing and maintaining Vue.js frontend and Python backend for PartnerStack. Leading projects and mentoring developers in a digital-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop/maintain/extend PartnerStack’s Vue.JS frontend and Python backend software systems, maybe some Terraform for good measure
- Lead technical projects and be the go-to resource for the team
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for questions from both within and outside of the Engineering group
- Contribute to the team’s delivery processes - we ship multiple times per day
- Exemplify engineering expertise in crafting stable, maintainable, high-performing systems
- Partner with leadership in Design and Product Management to drive constant improvements to overall product strategy
- Actively reach out and collaborate with other teams share knowledge, investigate new technology and keep constant momentum
- Mentor, sponsor, and encourage coworkers
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience demonstrating technical leadership, including mentoring and coaching software developers
- Experience building AI products and features from scratch
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with architecture, testability, and refactoring complex systems
