Job Description
Technical reference in software architecture for various projects. Leading teams and translating business problems into well-designed software solutions remotely from Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a reference in software architecture, helping to define robust and sustainable technical solutions
- Support multiple teams and projects by reviewing technical decisions and mentoring developers
- Provide technical leadership to teams, helping to unblock issues, organize work, and raise technical quality
- Support the PO and project management in defining scope, prioritization, and decision-making
- Participate in client meetings, assisting to: Map technical requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Support discovery and pre-sales processes, contributing technically to commercial proposals
Requirements:
- Strong theoretical and practical experience in software architecture
- Comfortable working in environments with little prescription and a high degree of autonomy
- Experience leading other developers (tech lead, staff, senior reference, etc.)
- Understanding of software design (scope, trade-offs, technical debt, system evolution)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to map technical requirements from client conversations
- Ease in learning new stacks and technologies quickly
- Generalist profile with a broad view of software and business
- Autonomy to make technical decisions and cope with ambiguity
- Clear, direct, and empathetic communication
- Ability to teach, mentor, and raise the technical level of people around you
- Hands-on when necessary, but focused on impact rather than just code
- Preferred: Experience acting as a technical reference for multiple projects or teams simultaneously
- Experience helping to structure teams and work processes
- Experience with end-to-end responsibility for projects or products beyond software development
- Practical experience with some of the company’s common stacks (e.g., .NET, PHP, Python, Node.js), without needing to master all of them
- Skills in Artificial Intelligence
- Cloud experience—especially GCP (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Oracle), microservices, containers, application security (encryption, authentication, authorization).
